Hiya All.

My name Is Annie; I’m in my 20s and live in Newcastle area, NSW Australia. My background is in Education/ Mathematics (please don’t hate me for it), but in my spare time I love to explore the world of beauty. My personal style is heavily influenced by the 1940s and 1950s retro look but I love to mix this up with an addition of modern spice.

My interest in beauty is quite broad including (but not limited to): skincare, makeup, nail art, hair care and hair styling. I also like to experiment with supermarket, indie and high end brands (when my funds allow).

My explorations in beauty and this blog is for fun and learning. Coming from an education background, I believe that learning is a social activity. With this blog I hope to be able to incorporate that social aspect into this learning experience, as well as having a place to share my passion for beauty and other random stuff
